One thing I ask for from people with authority (Managers, Bosses, Cops ect.) is to do what is right. In this situation I beleive he should have pulled me over and told me "Hey, why the fuck did you pass me up? For your future knowledge if you ever pass up an officer you will get a ticket" This way I could have avoided the fine, the court problem, and still learned my lesson. However, I will go to court and piss off the cop and make him be there :) I am usually pretty apt when it comes to police, thats why I havent gotten a ticket before this. I was just pushing the limits tonight I guess.
